Project Description:

North American Management provided a range of services for Defense Logistics Agency's Quality of Life Programs that included but were not limited to:

  • Market research, analysis, reports and concepts. Conducted formative research that work resulted in the development of comprehensive and integrated plans for the areas of fitness, wellness, and recreation; child development and family support; and special events.
  • Focus groups. Designed survey/needs assessments and focus group sessions; developed methodology for collecting data; convened immediate follow-up meetings with management to provide feedback; provided recommendations to address issues; and developed final report.
  • Promotional and media activities. Provided integrated media supports services including Video, photo shoots, press releases, program materials, presentations, and conferences.
  • Advertising materials. From concept to dissemination provided a variety of advertising materials in support of the Quality of Life Programs, including posters, flyers, table advertisements, media announcements, and materials to support a healthy life style.
