Project Description:
Managed media and industry campaign against drinking alcohol while boating. Assisted USCG in Developing Concepts and Created work plan, budgeting and management protocols for project team which included a diverse group of subcontractors including: boating industry experts, marketing and media professionals, management information systems (hardware and software experts), and graphic designers. Also, conducted a national needs assessment of state boating law administrator relative to boating under the influence. Management approach included: production of a detailed work plan; diligent tracking of progress and expenditures based on USCG's budget and changing requirements.
