Project Description:
North American Management provided technical and logistical support to conduct peer reviews.
Services include the following:
- Contract with reviewers based on DOJ requirements and their reviewer database.
- Receive in electronic media, concept papers and grant applications ( Full Proposals) submitted through grants.gov and DOJ’s Grants Management System.
- Developed, operated and maintained web-based database tools (Concept Paper Review Tool [CPRT] and Full Proposal Review Tool [FPRT] that allow readers to review and score concept papers and grant applications on-site and/or remotely via the web. Tools features include on-line status monitoring.
- Provide reader/reviewer access to applications and concept papers via the web and/or provide hard copy, as needed.
- Manage on-site support needs, i.e., note taker, registration, audio visual equipment and laptops, snacks.
- Edit reports as necessary.
- Process all reviewer reimbursements.
- Manage all logistics of on-site reviews, i.e. hotel site selection, liaison and payments.
