  • DOT/FAA/Civil Aeromedical Institute.  Provided Job Task Analysis for over 5,000 job incumbents ensuring the safe and efficient use of the National Airspace System in the U.S. Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
  • DHS/CBP and ICE. Provided Bureau of Customs and Border Protection and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency support including human factors analysis; organizational and strategic analysis and planning; classification; research, and test development of physical performance test.
  • DHS/TSA. Provided HR support to the U.S. Transportation Security Administration Special Events Unit, to include guidance and training to general aviation pilots of the severity of restricted airspace by assisting with the interpretation of laws, policies and commercial procedures concerning Notice to Airmen.
  • Provided Salary Comparability studies to the District of Columbia government.
  • NASA. Provided staff augmentation support services to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Headquarters to provide a work environment uniting real property plans with staffing and organizational strategic goals.
  • DHS/TSA. Provided Salary Comparability support for the hiring of new employees for the then newly created agency.
  • NAVY/ Strategic Systems Programs. Provided direct HR personnel support in the development and implementation of various automated and non-automated tools, processes and concepts related to implementing Navy Career Development initiatives, succession planning, management development, upward mobility, internships, career counseling, workforce renewal, job rotation, and cross training.
  • New England Hospital. Managed the outsourced Office of Human Resources for including managing all day-to-day Human Resources functions for three years under reorganization.
  • Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Personnel Management. Evaluated the effectiveness of the 50,000 employee, Employee Performance Review System.
  • Provided assistance to Army/ State Department in developing strategies to ensure the stability of Nigerian government, its workforce and commercial functions in the event of a pandemic flu.
  • Provided Salary Comparability studies to the District of Columbia government
  • Provided on-line assessments for the USDA Human Resources Department.
