North American Management takes an integrated approach to meeting clients’ business, policy and communications objectives, while working closely with colleagues who specialize in a variety of areas.

North American Management’s capability includes leveraging press, public information, media and marketing support services and resources to help clients:

  • manage high-profile reputations, issue and product campaigns
  • produce powerful messages
  • prepare spokespeople to face both the media and government hearings
  • develop policy positions and solutions
  • design creative marketing communication solutions
  • generate positive, “on message” media coverage
  • create high-impact stakeholder engagement programs
  • build relationships with allies in patient and physician communities
  • plan launches
  • manage communications

Our strategic planning process includes the development of needs assessments, quality improvement plans, policies and procedures as well as board training and program evaluation protocols.

With funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), North American Management provides comprehensive training, technical assistance, communications and educational outreach support to federally funded Public Housing Primary Care grantees and other health center grantees to help strengthen their capacity to meet the specialized primary health care and wellness needs of millions of residents of public housing, more than 15 percent of whom are seniors and persons with disabilities.

  • The National Center for Health in Public Housing provides the full range of training and technical assistance to strengthen the capacity of federally-funded health centers to provide access to health care, eliminate health disparities, and enhance health care delivery for the millions of residents of public and assisted housing.
  • The National Center for Health and the Aging, the second HHS/HRSA supported project of North American Management, provides training and technical assistance to strengthen the capacity of health centers to increase access to health care, eliminate health disparities, and enhance health care delivery for the 39 billion or 13 percent of the residents 65 years of age and older. Because of their unique needs and common barriers, the elderly require intense and targeted outreach and assistance to access health services.
